All of the recipes in the Winter Ebook Bundle are gluten-free. The vast majority are also nut free (or will still work after eliminating nuts or using a nut substitute like sunflower seeds). A lot of them are low carb, but not all. Similarly, many recipes are dairy free and will work with substitutes such as coconut oil for butter.
